The Big Girls Academy is a position specific program designed to enhance the fundamental skills of female basketball players that predominately play the post position establishing a foundation that prepares them to excel in competition.  The Big Girls Academy program is a program series consisting of one (1) and two (2) day clinics that will feature skills training, agility training, guest trainers and speakers, and basketball IQ enhancement.

Guest Trainers:
1. Dorian Lee, CEO/Lead Trainer BBALL101 - Dorian is a NESTA certified Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) Trainer. Dorian has competed professionally in Mexico and Austria. Dorian has also trained with Jason Hernandez (Hofstra University, professionally in Puerto Rico) whom many consider to be one of the top basketball skill trainers in the entire world. Dorian has taken all of his basketball experiences and has created a "Success System” for psychological and physiological growth designed specifically for today’s basketball player. Dorian has trained hundreds of athletes throughout the years on every level (including the NBA and WNBA).
2. Rushia Brown, Fromer WNBA Player - A graduate of Furman University, Rushia played in the WNBA for the Charlotte Sting and Cleveland Rockers. Rushia was instrumental starting the WNBA Atlanta Dream franchise here in GA.  at Furnman, Rushias scored 2,169 career points, blocked 193 shots and recorded a Southern Conference record 338 career steals…Named First Team All-Southern Conference all four years…Was named conference's MVP all four years as well…Was one of five finalists for WBCA Player of the Year. Rushia is presently working with Nfinity in the basketball division.
